Refund Policy

15 days premium members may cancel their subscription at any time during the initial fifteen (15) days period following registration and receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund of their respective membership price. No refunds will be issued after the first fifteen (15) days of Service. Directive 2011/83/EU provides you with the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days for any reason. The fourteen (14) day “cooling off” period begins from the date you receive the digital product. If you choose to cancel your order, you must provide us with notice in writing prior to the expiration of the fourteen (14) working day “cooling off” period. You will receive a refund no later than fourteen (14) days after we have received the notice.
